Silverado was contracted to complete the removal of approximately 75k sq feet of site asphalt, concrete, utilities, and the excavation of three existing basements and the removal of the basement walls, slabs, and footings. During our work we discovered many historical building basements and walls from the past, that were covered up and left in place creating a field of unused soil.
