The Moscone Expansion Project was an extraordinary effort by the City of San Francisco to expand their existing convention space by connecting the two buildings (North and South) underground. Silverado was contracted by Webcor Builders to provide the demolition of the 60,000 SF, 5-story Esplanade Building including mat slab removal for new foundations and plumbing and mass excavation for new foundations.
