The Etiwanda Generating Station is made up of 5 units, 4 gas-fired boilers (Units 1-4) and a peaker gas turbine unit (Unit 5). The scope of work was to demolish the 5 boiler units and associated steam turbines and all equipment and facilities, including the removal of all foundations and subsurface plant operating utilities within 10 feet below grade.
