Silverado was contracted to provide the asbestos abatement and demolition of a 265,000 SF, 8-story hospital tower plus surrounding buildings in San Pablo. These buildings included the Cancer Center, Boiler Room, Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit. Dust control methods were in place to minimize dust particles from becoming airborne near the surrounding residential neighborhood.
