Silverado was subcontracted to complete the interior abatement, soft gut out, removal of the exterior precast concrete panel system, and selective structural work to accommodate the building’s seismic, MEP, and stair system upgrades of the Resources Building downtown Sacramento. The 17 stories tall, steel framed structure with Penthouses that overlooks the CA State Capitol building. The Resources Building was the 4th largest building west of Chicago when completed in 1964.
