Silverado was contracted to demolish the 157,330 SF, 7‐story one-way post-tension concrete frame parking structure with one partially below grade level located on the southwest corner of Stuart and Howard Streets. The parking structure was built in 1976. It was located on one of the most traveled and heavily congested pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas.
