Silverado was contracted to complete the removal of precast concrete panel skin and glazing system from 17-story laboratory building utilizing tower crane. The scope of this project also included complete MEP/soft demolition of the 17th floor mechanical penthouse, and selective structural demolition for new mechanical shafts running the full height of the building. All debris was removed from the building using debris bins rigged with the tower crane.
