Silverado was contracted to perform selective hard and soft demolition of the plaza, lobby and portions of office space for renovations. Removed 10,000 Sf of interior stone flooring. Cleared approx. 5000 sf of tenant space down to shell, structural demo for new floor openings. Plaza demo includes, raised concrete planter structures, 25,000 sf of stone pavers, topping slab and waterproofing.
